CEO CONFIDENCE INDEX Q4 2011 RESULTS
SAN DIEGO, JANUARY 4, 2012 – After precipitous declines during the prior two quarters, CEO confidence bounced back at year’s end with the largest quarterly gain since the start of the recovery in 2009. The Vistage CEO Confidence Index was 98.8 in the 4th quarter 2011 survey, up from 83.5 in the 3rd quarter, and reaching the highest level since 105.2 was recorded at the start of 2011. The Q4 2011 Vistage CEO Confidence Index reflects responses from 1,641 US CEOs, surveyed between December 12 and December 22, 2011.

Cathy Fitzhenry Launches New Vistage Group in Omaha
San Diego, August 18, 2010 – Vistage International Chair, Cathy Fitzhenry has just launched a new Chief Executive group in the Omaha market. Fitzhenry’s new chief executive group will meet monthly to discuss business issues, share expertise, and provide one another confidential help in critical situations. The announcement was made by Vistage Best Practice Chair, Allen Hauge.
Cathy Fitzhenry also serves as President & CEO of CSF Marketing Services Company. She’s a graduate of the University of Illinois Entrepreneurial Program for Established Business Owners and volunteers in several local organizations, including the Child Saving Institute.
Dominique Raccah Receives 2010 Woman of Vision Award
CHICAGO, Illinois – August 21, 2010 - The Chicago law firm of Arnstein & Lehr LLP presented Vistage member Dominique Raccah, publisher and CEO of Sourcebooks, Inc., with the 2010 Woman of Vision Award at its fourth annual luncheon for women business leaders.
The award, sponsored by Arnstein & Lehr’s Diversity Committee, recognizes and honors groundbreaking, inspirational women who have made a difference in Chicago's business community. More than 150 top female business and professional leaders attended last year’s Woman of Vision Award Luncheon, which honored Anne Pramaggiore, president and chief operating officer of ComEd. Professionals from across the Chicagoland area are attending this year’s event to honor Raccah, network with other women, and hear Raccah speak about her success in leading Sourcebooks, Inc., as well as well as offer advice for advancement and success.
